1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal gaming account created by a User upon registration with irit4d, used to access platform services, place wagers, and manage funds.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, or other incentive offered by irit4d to Users, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "Deposit" means any transfer of funds from a User's personal bank account or e-wallet to their irit4d Account for the purpose of wagering.
• "Indonesian Rupiah" or "Rp" or "IDR" means the official currency of Indonesia, which is the primary currency for all transactions on irit4d.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process requiring Users to submit government-issued identification documents and proof of address to comply with anti-money laundering regulations.
• "Platform" means the irit4d website accessible at https://irit4d.cam, including all associated mobile applications, software, and services.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any stake placed by a User on casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, or other gaming products offered by irit4d.
• "Withdrawal" means any transfer of funds from a User's irit4d Account balance to their registered Indonesian bank account or e-wallet.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Residency Requirements

To create an account and use irit4d services, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age as of the date of registration. irit4d strictly enforces this minimum age requirement in accordance with Indonesian law. Any User found to be underage will have their account immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned.
• You must be a legal resident of Indonesia with a valid Indonesian identity card (KTP). irit4d reserves the right to request proof of residency at any time.
• You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Indonesian law. Individuals under legal guardianship or declared legally incompetent are prohibited from using irit4d services.
• You must not be residing in any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited or restricted by local law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of irit4d complies with all applicable local, regional, and national laws.

2.2 Account Registration Process

When creating an irit4d account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name (as it appears on your KTP), date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and residential address.
• Create a unique username and strong password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. irit4d will never ask for your password via email, phone, or live chat.
• Register only one account per person. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts created using false information will be closed, and all associated funds may be forfeited.
• Complete the KYC verification process by submitting a clear photograph or scan of your Indonesian identity card (KTP) and, if requested, proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last 3 months).
• Verify your email address and mobile phone number by entering the verification codes sent during registration.

2.3 Prohibited Persons

The following individuals are strictly prohibited from creating accounts or using irit4d services:

• Employees, contractors, or affiliates of irit4d or any of our game providers, payment processors, or business partners, as well as their immediate family members.
• Individuals who have been previously banned or self-excluded from irit4d or any other gambling platform due to problem gambling, fraudulent activity, or terms violations.
• Individuals acting on behalf of a third party or using another person's identity, payment methods, or credentials.
• Professional players or syndicates engaging in coordinated betting patterns designed to exploit platform vulnerabilities or bonus systems.

3 Account Responsibilities and Security

3.1 User Obligations

As an irit4d User, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any third party.
• Ensuring that your registered email address and mobile phone number remain current and accessible. irit4d uses these contact methods for important account notifications, security alerts, and withdrawal confirmations.
• Logging out of your account when using shared or public computers to prevent unauthorized access.
• Immediately notifying irit4d customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any security breach.
• Ensuring that all deposits originate from payment methods registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Using irit4d services for personal entertainment only. Commercial use, bot automation, or systematic exploitation of platform features is forbidden.

3.2 Account Suspension and Termination

irit4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account without prior notice if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms & Conditions or engage in fraudulent activity.
• You fail to complete KYC verification when requested, or the documents you provide are found to be falsified or altered.
• You attempt to reverse deposits through chargebacks or payment disputes without legitimate cause.
• You engage in collusion, chip dumping, bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or other forms of advantage play designed to exploit the platform.
• Your account exhibits suspicious betting patterns consistent with money laundering, match-fixing involvement, or insider information abuse.
• You behave abusively toward irit4d staff or other players in live chat, forums, or any communication channel.

In cases of account termination for terms violations, irit4d may forfeit your account balance, cancel pending withdrawals, and void any associated bonuses or winnings. Deposits made with legitimate funds may be returned at irit4d's sole discretion after deducting any fees or losses incurred.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

irit4d accepts deposits via the following Indonesian financial institutions and payment processors:

• Bank Transfers: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OCBC NISP, and BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia).
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

All payment methods must be registered in your legal name and match the name on your verified irit4d account. Third-party payments are prohibited and will result in deposit refusal and potential account closure.

4.2 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: Rp 25,000 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit amount: Varies by payment method and account verification status. Standard verified accounts can deposit up to Rp 50,000,000 per transaction.
• Deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation from your bank or e-wallet provider. If your deposit does not appear within 10 minutes, contact customer support with your transaction reference number.
• irit4d does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• All deposits are final. irit4d does not accept requests to reverse or cancel completed deposits except in cases of proven technical error.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rp 50,000 per transaction.
• Maximum withdrawal amount: Rp 50,000,000 per transaction. Higher withdrawal requests may be split into multiple transactions.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified bank account registered in your name.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: under 10 minutes for verified accounts with completed KYC. First-time withdrawals may take up to 24 hours for security review.
• You must wager your deposit amount at least 1 time (1x rollover) before withdrawing to comply with anti-money laundering regulations. For example, if you deposit Rp 100,000, you must place at least Rp 100,000 in wagers before withdrawal eligibility.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed or canceled if your account has incomplete KYC verification, active bonus requirements, or suspicious activity flags.
• irit4d reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents before processing large withdrawals (over Rp 10,000,000).

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

irit4d operates under strict anti-money laundering protocols. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account if we suspect money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity. This may include requesting source-of-funds documentation, conducting video verification calls, or reporting suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

irit4d offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions including:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (typically 20x to 40x) before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. For example, a Rp 100,000 bonus with 30x wagering requires Rp 3,000,000 in total wagers.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games 10-20%, and sports betting contribution varies by odds (bets under 1.50 odds may not count).
• Maximum Bet Limit: While an active bonus is in play, maximum bet per spin or per wager is typically capped at Rp 25,000. Exceeding this limit may void your bonus and associated winnings.
• Expiration Period: Bonuses must be used and wagering requirements completed within the specified validity period (typically 7-30 days). Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited.

5.2 Bonus Abuse and Forfeiture

irit4d monitors bonus usage for abuse patterns. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times (bonus hunting).
• Using betting strategies designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome (arbitrage, hedge betting, risk-free bet conversion).
• Placing minimum-risk bets solely to meet wagering requirements (e.g., betting red and black simultaneously in roulette).
• Withdrawing funds immediately after meeting minimum rollover requirements without genuine gameplay activity.

irit4d reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and request return of withdrawn funds if bonus terms have been violated. Players suspected of systematic bonus abuse may be permanently banned from receiving future promotions.

6 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Game Integrity

All casino games on irit4d use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that have been independently tested and audited by recognized testing agencies. Game outcomes are determined solely by RNG algorithms and cannot be manipulated by irit4d or any third party. • Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or play games.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage (chip dumping in poker, coordinated betting patterns).
• Exploiting technical glitches, bugs, or errors in games or betting systems.
• Placing bets after the outcome is already known (late betting, past-posting).
• Engaging in match-fixing, using insider information, or betting on rigged events.

7 Intellectual Property

All content on the irit4d platform including logos, graphics, text, software code, game interfaces, and audiovisual materials is the exclusive property of irit4d or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of platform content without explicit written permission is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indonesian law, irit4d shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or service interruptions.
• Errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in game outcomes, odds display, or account balances caused by third-party software malfunctions.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain login credential security.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment processors or Indonesian banking systems.

irit4d's total liability to any User shall not exceed the amount of funds held in that User's account at the time the liability arose. By using irit4d services, you acknowledge and accept these liability limitations as a condition of platform access.

9 Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding your irit4d account, gameplay, or financial transactions, you must first contact our customer support team at [email protected]. If the issue remains unresolved, you may escalate the matter to our management team for final review. irit4d's decision on all disputes is final and binding.

10 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which irit4d is licensed to operate. Any legal disputes arising from these terms or your use of irit4d services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction. Indonesian players accessing irit4d do so at their own discretion and are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable Indonesian laws regarding online gaming.

11 Amendments to Terms

irit4d reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
